How to Reserve

To make a reservation, please send the following information by email.

Required Information for Reservation

Team Information

• Team Name

• Country

• Contact Person

• Tour Dates

• Email Address

• WhatsApp Number

• SNS Account (if available)

After receiving your information, we will send you an invoice and detailed program guidance.

​

Payment Information

Full payment must be completed within seven (7) days from the invoice issuance date.

Exceptions may be arranged upon prior consultation.

Please remit the exact invoiced amount in full.

All bank charges must be borne by the sender (OUR).

You must select “OUR” when making the transfer.

If another option (SHA or BEN) is selected and the received amount is less than the invoiced amount, the remaining balance must be paid separately.

Please note that any additional payment may incur extra bank charges, and all such costs are entirely the sender’s responsibility.

To avoid additional fees and transfer delays, please carefully follow this instruction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations or changes must be submitted via email.

In the event of cancellation and refund, all bank charges including intermediary bank fees and receiving bank fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

HANSUNG TOUR does not bear any bank or transfer fees under any circumstances.

Please note that refund transactions may incur additional charges, and all such costs are entirely the sender’s responsibility.

Cancellation Fees​

• June 01 – June 18, 2026 → 30% of Total Payment

• June 19 – June 22, 2026 → 50% of Total Payment

• From June 23, 2026 → 100% of Total Payment

Kindly note that intermediary bank fees or currency exchange differences may occur during international transfers, so the final received amount may vary slightly.
