Reservation procedures
Step 1: Submit the application form by e-mail
Step 2: Check your invoice
Step 3: Make the payment
Step 4: Send any additional documents

All requests related to accommodation, tours, and training are managed by the official travel agency HANSUNGTOUR.
All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Full payment must be made within seven (7) days from the invoice date.

Check-in Period: 5 days before the competition, you can check-in from July 6th to July 11th.
Checkout Period: After the competition ends, you can check out from July 12 to July 19.

All rooms are for up to two people, and there is no discount even if only one person is in.

Taekwondo training on the 13th and 14th, Korean tour on the 15th and 16th
We are also responsible for moving to Incheon International Airport on the morning of the 17th.
It is a package product that allows you to train Taekwondo, and experience Korea at the same time.
Accommodation costs from the 13th to the 17th are included, and accommodation outside the period is separate.
